CRAYFISH
Restaurant NJK serves traditionally cooked Finnish noble crayfish with toast, butter and dill. As starter we recommend 8 to 15 pieces per person. Price of the day for the crayfish may vary according to crayfish size and availability. Due to restricted availability we may have to downgrade the size of the crayfish from the largest sizes.

Restaurant NJK is located on the small island of Valkosaari, ferry leaves from Valkosaari wharf, close to Olympia Terminal. The price of the ferry service − 7,20 € per person − will be added to the invoice.

Prices include a group discount and VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices.

Groups are requested to order a single set menu five working days before the event. All of our products are low in lactose. Special diets are considered for according to your requirements.

The number of guests booked two working days prior to the event serves as our invoice base.

Our restaurant is open until midnight, when the last ferry departs from the island to the mainland.
