CRAYFISH

Restaurant NJK serves traditionally cooked Finnish noble crayfish with toast, butter, and dill. As a starter, we recommend 8 to 15 pieces per person. Price of the day for the crayfish may vary according to crayfish size and availability. Due to restricted availability, we may have to downgrade the size of the crayfish from the largest sizes.
